TERMS:
Production begins upon receipt of 50% deposit with balance due before shipping.
PRODUCTION:
Production time varies per item. The posted ship date on the Sales Order is an estimated completion date. This is only an estimate. SG Fradin will not be held responsible for any delays which could result in a later completion date. Custom orders may not be canceled, (see Cancellations). SG Fradin will not be held responsible for any delays which could result in a later completion date for Custom Orders. Estimated Lead Time for Lamps is 10-12 weeks. Mirrors and Furniture is 12-14 weeks.
FINISHES:
Finishes may vary slightly due to the hand applied nature of the finish and antiquing and due to the wood grain itself. If available, Standard Wood Finish Samples can be obtained once an order is placed and the deposit received. The Finish Sample must be returned in tact in order to proceed with finishing. If samples are not returned, the client will be charged the same amount as follows for custom finish samples. Custom Finish Samples are available at a cost of $50.00 each for wood stain and $75.00 each for Gold Leaf; they require 2-4 weeks production time. All samples are but mere representations of the finish. While every effort will be made to accurately match a finish, finishes may vary in tone and character.
SHIPPING:
All shipping is F.O.B. SG Fradin Los Angeles. All Lamps and Shades are sent via common carrier. Packing and freight charges are the client’s responsibility. The amount is based on the estimate received from the specified shipping company and any additional packing required. Preferred Freight Carriers should be specified at the time the order is placed. If not, SG Fradin will choose what is believed to be the best way of delivery and can not be held responsible for cost/time difference between carriers. SG Fradin does not pre pay freight.
CANCELLATIONS:
Orders may not be canceled without SG Fradin's consent and are subject to a cancellation fee. Custom orders may not be canceled for any reason. All orders are made to individual specifications and therefore cancellations cannot be accepted. Items may not be returned without SG Fradin's consent.
COM:
Clients Own Material should be shipped freight prepaid to: SG Fradin and identified with designers firm, name and address, Sales Order #, Item # and direction of fabric for application.
